Well, just because an animal eats less dangerous prey than another doesn't mean it's inferior. The size of the SB's canines and claws is a large advantage here.

I did not say its inferior in fact I am a bear fan and I love sloth bears
Its just that the Moon bear can kill big and dangerous prey which gives it and advantage in killing
I am pretty sure you guys will see my argues valid and non bias

Using the weights you presented here: Asiatic black bear 135 kg ( 297.62 pounds ) vs sloth bear 125 kg ( 275.58 pounds ). Roughly 20 pounds difference - not a game changer. Regardless of the aggressive sloth bear hype; these two bears are pretty-much equal in aggression. Physically, the black bear is the stronger of the two. In fact, according to one source I read, the sloth bear is the least muscular of the eight living bear species. The black bear also has the strongest jaws, while the sloth bear has longer claws. I would bet on the black bear; but I wouldn't bet much.

The black bear is much larger than the sloth bear despite the latter's temper, and has the greater hunting capability for certain animals, that's why it will win.
