The Utahraptor have a bigger combined weight despite being outnumbered, and they have the claws and teeth, plus armor, to help them defeat the hyenas.

Armor? The Utahraptor might be large enough to hold their own (not 100% sure on that, though), but they did not possess armor.

Maybe not armor, but relative durability - a 600-700 kg Utahraptor is going to be able to take a lot of damage from a 110 kg hyena before going down.
I agree the Utahraptors can pull this off. They're decently equipped to deal with the hyenas - they have lage heads and jaws, powerful clawed forearms, and can kick at the hyenas and probably badly injure them with their large foot claws.
