This is a fight won by the Deinonychus, both by outnumbering them and having stronger skin and teeth and claws than the lions.

The Deinonychuses would win, I agree. The numbers, claws, and jaws would be very difficult for the lions to keep up with, and their inferior stamin ameans they can tire faster and that gives the dromaeosaurs a good window to attack.
