Four deinonychus together can wear out and kill a Bengal tiger but at least one of them will be killed.

A tiger may be dominant normally, but the Deinonychus pack have a much greater advantage over it in this case, they are heavier combined and possess greater claws to use compared to the tiger.

I think I'd give this to the 4 Deinonychus, too. More massive combined, more numerous, very good stamina, and can inflict a lot of damage very quickly. They can probably exhaust and then bite/claw the tiger to death.

I'd imagine a scenario like that too. The tiger being swarmed as easily as the herbivores that Deinonychus would've hunted.
