Indeed difficult. I honestly hoped someone else would comment before I'd come home.
One thing we know about Donald is that, unlike other animal controllers like Taylor or Rachel, he doesn't keep a steady supply of the animals he controls. Vultures and bears aren't exactly common in a typical urban American environment - which is where the fight is more than likely to take place. Thus, we can assume that he will be without animals to control. His only relevant ability is his shapeshifting. Now, how strong is it? To gauge that, I'll use quotes from your story "The seed of Donald Ceng Xiong and Maddison" (which has unfortunately not yet been posted on this forum yet). For Donald, we have this feat:Compare this to Madison's super strength (quote taken from the same story):Since elephants can push down walls and destroy small homes, the ability to stop an African elephant in its steps is more impressive than being able to punch holes in walls.
So, the super strength department goes to Donald. However, Madison has another relevant superpower and that is a rapid healing factor. I will presume that it can regrow just about every part of her as long as her head remains intact. This should more than make up for the relatively minor strength disadvantage. In terms of powers, this is fairly even.
But if there is one rule number one in the parahuman universe, it is that it doesn't matter how strong your powers are. It only matters how you use them. Donald and Madison know each other. Donald presumably knows that he must beat her head in to kill her. Plus, he is more experienced. With these factors, I'd give Donald a slight edge.
There is one factor that leaves a big question mark in my analysis though. And that is Madison's intelligence. Is her intelligence just a byproduct of her being a teacher or is this an explicit Thinker power? Thinkers are parahumans who have superpowered mental capacities. Because if she has explicit thinker capabilites, Donald's experience advantage is probably null and void and I favor Madison.
In Worm, superheroes are instructed to target Thinkers first because they are just that overpowered. This is relevant to know.

To be honest as much as I believe that Maddison being a teacher of psychology and zoology makes her a highly intelligent person. That one of the reasons that contribute to her powers.
I have almost finished reading Worm and enjoyed the Leviathan Arc. Yet its hard to remember every superhero and their powers at once.

Almost finished? Are you already in the last arcs?
And is she a thinker now or not?
If she just has the intelligence of a normal teacher, that won't help so much in a fight.

I am at the Arc 30. Maddison teaches in a similar style as Mr G, how intelligent would that make her in your opinion?
Off topic: Contessa is a woman of few words and has a very serious character.

Not intelligent in a way that influences the outcome of this battle.

Classification Meaning Mover An ability that enhances mobility. Shaker An ability with an area of effect. Brute An ability that grants enhanced strength or durability. Breaker An ability that allows the cape to shift into another state. Master An ability that allows a cape to control others or create minions. Tinker An ability that allows a cape to create or alter devices with futuristic technology. Blaster A ranged, offensive ability. Thinker An ability that focuses on information gathering. Striker An ability that is melee-ranged or touch-based. Changer An ability that allows the cape to alter their form or appearance. Trump An ability that allows the cape to manipulate powers in some capacity. Stranger An ability that focuses on stealth or infiltration. worm.fandom.com/wiki/Power_ClassificationsI have done my analysis on parahuman classifications. Taylor Hebert is master, Donald Ceng Xiong will be classified as brute/changer, and I believe Maddison would be a brute/thinker (but his thinker abilities are not as great as Tattletales). Nanook will be a brute/striker/trump/blaster, Mora would be a stranger/master/changer, Zack would be a shaker, Clarrisa would be a tinker, Janet would be a shaker/breaker.

Did a bit more research. I will classify Maddison as a social and zone thinker. She can't control others but she can study others behaviour despite being unable to read their minds (uses it to stop bullying before it happens). I would also put her as a zone thinker as she studies zoology and the ecosystem. worm.fandom.com/wiki/Thinker

DonaldCengXiongAzuma, is a pure parahuman stronger than a parahuman that was just a person once? Or are they the same?

DonaldCengXiongAzuma , is a pure parahuman stronger than a parahuman that was just a person once? Or are they the same? It depends on the abilities. Some parahumans have normal human strength but special abilities. Think about the X men.

Every parahuman used to be a person. Even the children of parahumans are born as humans.

If the strength is equal? I'd say this depends probably on how long Donald can avoid geiting grabbed and ragdolled. Ifhe can do so for long enough, despite not weighing as much, he can wear down Maddison and eventually win. On the other hand, while he's hard to catch, a good blow would pretty much do him in. So it really depends on that.

Em, Donald is heavier, unless I'm misunderstanding your point.

I was referring to Donald's far superior agility.
