I was referring to Donald's far superior agility. Donald Ceng Xiong in his bear form might be more agile and his vulture form allows him to be faster. Is that what you mean?

Actually, Donald is likely stronger, see my post above. It's strength snd agility vs healing factor and intelligence.

Maddison (Gamma) has one vote. Who voted for her?

I did. I consider thinkers to be pretty overpowered in the parahumans verse. The outcome of the fight likely depends on who can use whose powers smarter and a thinker power helps a lot with that.

In all honesty I do not think thinking would help here - may even be a DISADVANTAGE as the thought process slows reaction time.

Not according to the internal logic of the parahuman universe (the universe in which Worm, Ward and GreenArrow's fanfic are set in). Taylor (the protagonist of Worm) wins her battles through her Batman-like intellect and it is never shown having a negative impact on her reaction time. Other thinkers (Jack Slash, the Simurgh, Contessa, Alexandria, Coil, Tattletale) are also shown to be incredibly dangerous due to their mental abilities (Jack has survived battles for over twenty years due to his intuitive understanding of how the minds of parahumans work; Contessa's precognition lets her take out entire teams of parahumans otherwise stronger than her; the Simurgh induces massive paranoia with her enormous strategic abilities, etc.). Admittedly, those that have no offensive combat abilities otherwise are only dangerous in indirect conflicts, but Maddison clearly has offensive capabilities. The parahumans universe is one of the few superhero universes where supergeniuses actually behave like supergeniuses.
