A video uploaded today (the day this thread was created, obviously) by Duane Nash (a few members here ought to remember discussions revolving around his blog posts a few years back). A grey whale carcass with seagulls gathering around it; it's possible some people cut out some of its baleen as souvenirs.

Whales in general, the largest animals that have ever lived, seem to still be hit with death at times.
