Moschops capensis
Resembling a cross between a cow and a frog, Moschops capensis ("Calf face from the Cape") was a tapinocephlian therapisid found in the Karoo of South Africa. It lived during the Permian, in the Wordian-Capitanian stages of the Guadalupian epoch. Titanosuchus ferox
Titanosuchus ferox ("Fierce Titan crocodile") was a dinocephalian therapsid that lived in the Capitanian stage, Guadalupian epoch in South Africa. Despite the name, it is only related to crocodiles by both being amniotes, in fact it is more closely related to dogs and cats than to any crocodile. Along with its close relatives Jonkeria and Moschops, Titanosuchus inhabited present-day South Africa around ~260 million years ago, in the Late Permian. Its teeth included sharp incisors and fang-like canines, perfect for biting prey.

A very interesting paper, too bad it's paywalled. I thin this would be quite close as well, from what I've seen of Titanosuchus' very close relative Jonkeria, Moschops is bulkier and thus larger at close lengths, but Titanosuchus has better weaponry(a strong skull and a good bite)

Moschops has good weapons too (as said in my second links). I would give Moschops the edge, because of it's bulk.

It's much bulkier. I could easily imagine that Titanosuchus mainly went after immature and/or sick Moschops, being wary of adults, especially large ones.

Moschops is bulkier and it has the better chance of winning.
