I'll bite this one time.
I'm firmly convinced just a regular, real-life Tyrannosaurus would have had the capacity to hunt and kill even a 22 tonne Palaeoloxodon had they coexisted. To be clear, I'm not saying it would win in a forum-style death battle more often than not, but could it seriously injure or kill even an animal this big? I definitely think so. In a similar vein, a lion or a tiger would be screwed if an adult cape buffalo or gaur legitimately wanted it dead, but otherwise, lions and tigers have killed prey like these, even alone (obviously, of course, through ambush or whatnot).
The fact that Vastatosaurus is not only a lot closer in size to this elephant, but is also accustomed to fights involving far greater athleticism and roughhousing than any multi-ton animal is realistically capable of enduring, makes it the clear winner.

Vastaosaurus is a supernaturally tough and durable monster. No real life twenty ton + animal is going to be able to keep walking much less fight after being picked up and slammed onto hard rock.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'd have deleted this thread (and many others that were made after poseidon ignored my advice to use the request thread) had my morning not been so busy. A pretty horrific mismatch.
