Oda Nobunaga Gustavus Adolphus So Nobunaga can beat Cortes. Let's see him face a mighty warrior king! Army of 100 for both. 3:1 infantry to cavalry ratio for both. Majority of troops is of common soldiers. Both can use tactical retreat to regroup but both see each other as a threat that should be killed.

Normally I'd remind you to request matchup ideas for this section, but we're so infrequently posting here, and I'm such a sucker for these historical matchups, that I'll grant you an exception.
This is an interesting match. Both armies would have utilized pike and shot tactics, with long spears and muskets being the mainstay of the infantry (although, the Japanese would make greater use of archery, but even this would steadily decline in favor of firearm usage as the Sengoku Jidai progressed). They also have heavy cavalry with bulletproof cuirasses, although I'd imagine Adolphus' cavalry would make greater use of firearms rather than polearms on horseback (samurai sometimes did use matchlock pistols on horseback, although their primary weapon at that point was still the spear).
I suppose it really comes down to tactics and luck. And if I'm ignorant on weapons and armor, I'm completely braindead on tactics.

Interesting take. I would slightly favor the Swedish King since he’s got the backing of a whole country along with more advanced firearms and similar tactics to the Sixth Demon King.

Oddly enough, if a samurai from Oda’s army and a heavy cavalryman from Adolphus’ army happen to encounter each other and fight, it would basically be a late Renaissance version of knight vs samurai.

Pretty much. I back the Swedish king mainly because both of these commanders are the best of the best and neither has a decisive advantage in generalship and both had experience fighting foes comparable to them in power but Gustavus Adolphus lived later and used more advanced technology.
