Moschops capensis skeletal reconstruction, updated: The entire axial skeleton and hips overhauled, the animal rescaled, and the individual skull bones detailed out based on what I can infer from the figures from Gregory (1926) and Boonstra (1969). references/sourcesGregory, 1926, "The skeleton of Moschops capensis, a dinocephalian reptile from the Permian of South Africa" Boonstra, 1969, "The fauna of the Tapinocephalus zone (Beaufort Beds of the Karoo)"

Since there weren't really any modern full skeletals of Yunnanosaurus around, I put it upon myself to make them. Here's Yunnanosaurus huangi, the type species. A skeletal for the larger species Yunnanosaurus youngi will also be coming soon. references/sourcesYoung, 1942, "Yunnanosaurus huangi [Young] (gen et. sp. nov.), a new Prosauropoda from the Red Beds at Lufeng, Yunnan" Lu et al., 2007, "New yunnanosaurid dinosaur (Dinosauria, Prosauropoda) from the Middle Jurassic Zhanghe Formation" Greg Paul, 2016, "The Princeton Field Guide to Dinosaurs"

Futalognkosaurus dukei skeletal reconstruction update: The tail was overhauled, and the Dreadnoughtus-based shoulder girdle was replaced. The new scapula is based on that of Mendozasaurus, which was found to be close to Futalognkosaurus in several analyses consistently, while the new coracoid is roughly based on Patagotitan, adjusted to fit with the Mendozasaurus-based scapula. references/sourcesCalvo et al., 2007, "A new Cretaceous terrestrial ecosystem from Gondwana with the description of a new sauropod dinosaur" Calvo et al., 2007, "Anatomy of Futalognkosaurus dukei[Calvo, Porfiri, Gonzales Riga & Kellner, 2007](Dinosauria, Titanosauridae) from the Neuquen Group(Late Cretaceous), Patagonia, Argentina" Calvo, 2014, "New fossil remains of Futalognkosaurus dukei (Sauropoda: Titanosauria) from the Late Cretaceous of Neuquen, Argentina" Gonzalez-Riga, 2003, "A new titanosaur (Dinosauria, Sauropoda) from the Upper Cretaceous of Mendoza Province, Argentina" Zaher et al., 2011, "A complete skull of an Early Cretaceous sauropod and the evolution of advanced titanosaurians" Lacovara et al., 2014, "A gigantic, exceptionally complete titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur from southern Patagonia, Argentina" Gonzalez-Riga et al., 2016, "A gigantic new dinosaur from Argentina and the evolution of the sauropod hind foot" Carballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Greg Paul, 2016, "The Princeton Field Guide to Dinosaurs" Scott Hartman's Futalognkosaurussvpow.files.wordpress.com/2009/10/cadera.jpglh3.googleusercontent.com/-yH73NlicCEw/Vk8izgevDqI/AAAAAAAAI2o/Rsb2jN2GiMI/w530-h355-p/15%2B-%2B1

Puertasaurus reuili skeletal reconstruction update: The Ruyangosaurus parts were dropped, the torso, tail, and cervical neural spines were overhauled, and the shoulder girdle remade. The result is a bit stumpier than the first version, but roughly about a meter longer. references/sourcesNovas et al., 2005, "Giant titanosaur (Dinosauria, Sauropoda) from the Late Cretaceous of Patagonia" Calvo et al., 2007, "A new Cretaceous terrestrial ecosystem from Gondwana with the description of a new sauropod dinosaur" Calvo et al., 2007, "Anatomy of Futalognkosaurus dukei[Calvo, Porfiri, Gonzales Riga & Kellner, 2007](Dinosauria, Titanosauridae) from the Neuquen Group(Late Cretaceous), Patagonia, Argentina" Filippi and Garrido, 2008, "Pitekunsaurus macayai gen. et sp. nov., nuevo titanosaurio (Saurischia, Sauropoda) del Cretácico Superior de la Cuenca Neuquina, Argentina" Zaher et al., 2011, "A complete skull of an Early Cretaceous sauropod and the evolution of advanced titanosaurians" Calvo, 2014, "New fossil remains of Futalognkosaurus dukei (Sauropoda: Titanosauria) from the Late Cretaceous of Neuquen, Argentina" Lacovara et al., 2014, "A gigantic, exceptionally complete titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur from southern Patagonia, Argentina" Gonzalez-Riga et al., 2016, "A gigantic new dinosaur from Argentina and the evolution of the sauropod hind foot" Carballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Scott Hartman's Futalognkosaurusbricksmashtv's Puertasaurus

Patagotitan mayorum skeletal reconstruction: I initially had a loose guess that this creature would turn out ~35 meters long or more before doing this skeletal reconstruction, but after working on it, I figured that this may be a bit excessive. The schematic skeletal in the description was subpar to say the least, but it sufficed in very rough shapes for many of the bones. references/sourcesCarballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Calvo et al., 2007, "Anatomy of Futalognkosaurus dukei[Calvo, Porfiri, Gonzales Riga & Kellner, 2007](Dinosauria, Titanosauridae) from the Neuquen Group(Late Cretaceous), Patagonia, Argentina" Zaher et al., 2011, "A complete skull of an Early Cretaceous sauropod and the evolution of advanced titanosaurians" Calvo, 2014, "New fossil remains of Futalognkosaurus dukei (Sauropoda: Titanosauria) from the Late Cretaceous of Neuquen, Argentina" Lacovara et al., 2014, "A gigantic, exceptionally complete titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur from southern Patagonia, Argentina" Gonzalez-Riga et al., 2016, "A gigantic new dinosaur from Argentina and the evolution of the sauropod hind foot" Greg Paul, 2016, "The Princeton Field Guide to Dinosaurs" Scott Hartman's FutalognkosaurusPatagotitan arm photoPatagotitan femur photo 1Patagotitan femur photo 2

Argentinosaurus huinculensis skeletal reconstruction update: Updated due to Patagotitan's description. The result is an animal a bit longer, and taller due to the longer neck, than before. references/sourcesBonaparte & Coria, 1993, "Un nuevo y gigantesco sauropodo titanosaurio de la formacion Rio Limay (Albiano-Cenomaniano) de la provincia del Neuquen, Argentina" Mazzetta et al., 2004, "Giants and Bizarres: Body size of some southern South American Cretaceous dinosaurs" Salgado & Powell, 2010, "Reassessment of the vertebral laminae in some South American titanosaurian sauropods" Mannion & Calvo, 2010, "Anatomy of the basal titanosaur (Dinosauria: Sauropoda) Andesaurus delgadoi from the mid-Cretaceous (Albian-early Cenomanian) Rio Limay Formation, Neuquen Province, Argentina: implications for titanosaur systematics" Carpenter, 2006, "Biggest of the big: a critical re-evaluation of the mega-sauropod Amphicoelias fragillimus" Gorscak et al., 2014, "The basal titanosaurian Rukwatitan bisepultus (Dinosauria: Sauropoda) from the middle Cretaceous Galula Formation, Rukwa Rift Basin, southwestern Tanzania" Martinez et al., 2004, "An articulated specimen of the basal titanosaurian (Diosauria: Sauropoda) Epachthosaurus sciuttoi from the Early Cretaceous Bajo Barreal Formatiion of Chubut Province, Argentina" Gomani, 2005, "Sauropod dinosaurs from the Early Cretaceous of Malawi, Africa" Carballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Nima's ArgentinosaurusNima's AndesaurusScott Hartman's Malawisaurus

Dreadnoughtus schrani skeletal reconstruction update: Revised after the publication of Patagotitan, intervertebral caudal cartilage fixed, and neck overhauled, now properly scaling from Futalognkosaurus rather than taking the Lacovara et al. (2014) schematic skeletal at face value, as I did previously. Also added the smaller juvenile paratype. references/sourcesLacovara et al., 2014, "A gigantic, exceptionally complete titanosaurian sauropod dinosaur from southern Patagonia, Argentina" Calvo, 2007, "A new Cretaceous terrestrial ecosystem from Gondwana with the description of a new sauropod dinosaur" Calvo, 2007, "Anatomy of Futalognkosaurus dukei [Calvo, Porfiri, Gonzales Riga & Kellner, 2007](Dinosauria, Titanosauridae) from the Neuquen Group(Late Cretaceous), Patagonia, Argentina" Zaher, 2011, "A complete skull of an Early Cretaceous sauropod and the evolution of advanced titanosaurians" Gonzales-Riga et al. , 2016, "A gigantic new dinosaur from Argentina and the evolution of the sauropod hind foot" Carballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Parrish & Michael, 2006, "The origins of high browsing and the effects of phylogeny and scaling on neck length in Sauropodomorpha" Scott Hartman's Futalognkosaurus

Argentinosaurus huinculensis skeletal reconstruction, another update: Rescaled the neck, and overhauled the caudal centra based on Epachthosaurus, which was placed close to Argentinosaurus consistently in most phylogenetic analyses that include both taxa. references/sourcesBonaparte & Coria, 1993, "Un nuevo y gigantesco sauropodo titanosaurio de la formacion Rio Limay (Albiano-Cenomaniano) de la provincia del Neuquen, Argentina" Mazzetta et al., 2004, "Giants and Bizarres: Body size of some southern South American Cretaceous dinosaurs" Salgado & Powell, 2010, "Reassessment of the vertebral laminae in some South American titanosaurian sauropods" Mannion & Calvo, 2010, "Anatomy of the basal titanosaur (Dinosauria: Sauropoda) Andesaurus delgadoi from the mid-Cretaceous (Albian-early Cenomanian) Rio Limay Formation, Neuquen Province, Argentina: implications for titanosaur systematics" Carpenter, 2006, "Biggest of the big: a critical re-evaluation of the mega-sauropod Amphicoelias fragillimus" Gorscak et al., 2014, "The basal titanosaurian Rukwatitan bisepultus (Dinosauria: Sauropoda) from the middle Cretaceous Galula Formation, Rukwa Rift Basin, southwestern Tanzania" Martinez et al., 2004, "An articulated specimen of the basal titanosaurian (Diosauria: Sauropoda) Epachthosaurus sciuttoi from the Early Cretaceous Bajo Barreal Formatiion of Chubut Province, Argentina" Gomani, 2005, "Sauropod dinosaurs from the Early Cretaceous of Malawi, Africa" Carballido et al., 2017, "A new giant titanosaur sheds light on body mass evolution among sauropod dinosaurs" Nima's ArgentinosaurusNima's AndesaurusScott Hartman's Malawisaurus

Didn't technically create any of this, I only put it together but still..took a lot of effort and I'm proud of the result.

I’m in the skeletal-business too now, although given how much work this was, I feel justified having shyed away from it for so long. Youngest and smallest known specimen of Plateosaurus engelhardti, MSF 15.8B., upper Triassic (Norian) of Frick, Switzerland. Details: www.deviantart.com/theropod1/art/juvenile-P-engelhardti-761684904
