Hmmm, it is an amazing piece of film, and I don't think it being an undiscovered primate is out of the question, but the fact that the "Bigfoot' doesn't run, or really react at all when he sees the humans is the clincher for being a likely fake for me.

To me, the behavior of that primate is too "human-like" to be considered real. Notice how the primate makes a quick shoulder check towards Patterson's camera, that seems like something a human would do, not so much an animal.

I am honestly unsure of this... I watched a "Finding Bigfoot" episode a while back, and it was solely about this piece of footage. The team actually interviewed Robert Patterson himself, and he really doesn't look seem like the kind of person who would fake this. Of course though, shows about cryptids are always scolded for being biased, so we may never know whether or not this is real
