I keep seeing several different skull reconstructions for Yangchuanosaurus. I'm having trouble discerning which ones are accurate. There's one particular skull reconstruction I've seen ( here) that seems to conform to the head shape of one particular restoration of the whole animal ( here). That skull looks pretty impressive from lateral view at the least.

Question like that belong more in the discussion zones. Regarding your question, your reconstruction is probably fine, Yanchuanosaurus' skull was described as short.

I am really confused about femoral length of CV 00216. It was originally estimated of 95 cm, which would make slightly shorter than of large Allosaurus specimens and "Sinraptor" hepingensis. However on Carrano's publication the femur was 120 cm. Here is link.. I see there would be difference on measurements due various methods eg. FMNH PR2081 (138 cm / 134 cm / 132 cm) and MUCPv-Ch1 (143 cm / 136.5 cm / 135 cm). But the femoral length difference of 25 cm is very big one.
