Mismatch, the bovine wins this with ease. It's much bigger and has horns well suited for goring the bear on the chest. If it were at parity, then I would favour the bear but sadly they aren't the same size most of the time.

the Cave bear is not very impressive looking, and would be defeated by the bigger bovine

Aurochs win comfortably here. In fact, I might even say this is a mismatch considering the bear is relatively unimpressive and absolutely dwarfed by the auroch.
