A 210 kg Kaprosuchus is put into a gauntlet. Can it pass through it successfully?
Round 1: Reticulated Python 170 kg
Round 2: Leopard Seal 220 kg
Round 3: African Lion 185 kg
Round 4: Zuniceratops 212 kg
Round 5: Bull Shark 215 kg
Round 6: American Alligator 212 kg
Round 7: Dimetrodon 220 kg
Round 8: Fukuiraptor 220 kg

Loses at 5 in water, and loses at either 3 or 7 on land.

Loses 5 and 6 in the water. Loses 3, 7, and 8 in the land. Maybe even 4.

It actually does both in the gauntlet. It fights in water in rounds 1, 2 and 5, while it fights the rest on land.

Stops at Round 5, but Round 4 is about 50/50 IMO
