Since a polar bear isn't very efficient at hunting down quadrupedal animals, how about the polar bear living off as scavengers from tiger, sloth bear, brown bear, and leopard kills made?

Aren't there already polar bears (population unknown though) in far north Siberia? From here: www.ec.gc.ca/nature/default.asp?lang=En&n=F77294A3-1I don't know why are you all talking about possible interactions with tigers, as the distance between Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, where most of Siberian polar bears live, and Primorsky Krai, where most Siberian tigers live, is more than 3,000 km.
