I eat pretty normal. Not as much meat or sweets as others maybe, but still enough. Ectomorphic is realistic, I got an A in my last endurance test (it was about running 2.8 km in less than 12 minutes) at school.

Malikc6, it doesn't bother me what people weigh, but you seem to spend a bit too much time on the subject.

lol malikc6, you really seem very very concerned about other people’s eating habits. There are people who are a little underweight or overweight even tough they have healthy eating habits, as you wrote yourself, it’s a matter of metabolism. A certain variation is just normal, and I think our definitions of underweight and overweight are a little too rigid. Of course obesity is a public health issue. Luckily, being underweight isn’t as common (it’s obviously less comfortable to eat too little than to eat too much, and especially the kind of food that tastes good), but I think the individual’s eating habits and health should be taken into the equation.

It stems from a personal matter. My sister almost got up to 300 lbs and wasn't even in high school yet.

How have you come across this information? I told him. Yes I'm 177 5'11 18 years of age. Maybe I did spend too much time on this, but I tend to go on and on, so forgive me if I sounded like a dick.

No problem. I guess everyone of us has something he is a little bit obsessed with and wants to talk about.

U.S.M.C. 1966, Paris Island, SC - basic training ( boot camp )... every recruit ate the same thing. Three big meals a day, no two trays filled differently. The only thing we had between meals was water. After eight weeks of this diet, a plenty of exercise, the fat boys lost weight and the skinny boys gained weight.
