As I understand it, sharks are immune to cancer and crocodiles are immune to infection. Some pretty awesome qualities.

Crocodile blood has been shown to help people with HIV. I hope people don't resort to killing these animals to do it though. These reptiles have immune systems like this after millions of years of evolution in living in harsh areas. Everyone's immune system gets stronger over time depending on the area, but funny enough, so do viruses/bacteria/fungi etc. I do wonder if a disease will evolve that can infect crocodiles, but for the most part, they may just be carriers rather than get sick and die from it. Same thing with sharks.
Now it is possible for them to get cancer, but its very unlikely. Even in polluted areas, its still rare for a shark to develop cancer, but its increased compared to non polluted water. I really admire natural selection. It's such a blessed thing that mother nature does.
