Again, no one "hates" you. We treat you harshly because you behave in a harshly annoying manner. You have to bring up how people "hate" you on every single thread you post in, in fact you even brought it here as well. No one was bullying him, we were telling him his views were wrong. He was being treated just like he treated us in the first place. I can't get it how you don't see the problem in supporting racist and terrorist/genocidal remarks. "Bombing Germany every 50 years", really? "Black cops haven't killed as many people as white cops have", are you kidding me? What is seriously so uproarious about finding those views wrong? You should go look up what racism really is and why it's bad, because you seem to think it's just having an erroneous views concerning race and that it's not harmful. Racism is terrible and you shouldn't be supporting it. And I don't think it's even necessary to bring up his genocidal ideologies. So really, what's wrong with trying to "knock some sense" into someone? I don't know about you, but I don't think it's okay to not do anything about an uneducated person who goes around spreading nazi opinions. Also, you don't need to protect him from that really. There is a button called "ignore", it works perfectly. |

By that logic, what gives you the right to call people bullies? You apparently don’t understand that freedom of speech does not equal "freedom to say every bullshit there is without being criticised". It doesn’t work that way. If you have a view (given that you count racism as a view, I prefer to think of it as a mental illness) and you want to declare it publicly, then you have to cope with the fact that others are allowed to express their views on yours.
I don’t know how someone who doesn’t recognize that comes to be on a discussion forum.
Yes, being criticised is hard (tough if you habitually defend racists because you think they are "treaded too harshly" you should be used to it by now). Most people don’t like it. But there are things in life that we don’t like, and if you decide what you are doing is worth it you’ll have to endure it (otherwise, of course you can stop doing it, as I’d suggest in this case: stop defending someone who isn’t worth defending!). Instead you chose to make a szene because we disagreed with you, which is just childish.

I'm not defending him because he's "racist", but because I was sick of people treating him badly simply because of his views.
All of this is moot, however, as we are all the same species, only the semantically minded would divide us into "races".

In all honesty, that doesn't even make sense. I can judge something as wrong as much as I want, who is gonna stop me? Do you by any chance think it is not wrong to think a country should be bombed every 50 years and that skin colour has an influence when it comes to making decisions? And great, seems you're finally gonna quit being a drama queen. |
