I cant see an eagle killing an aware human. Not even a harpy. We are just too big and too flexible.

Definitely, Hatzegopteryx given its size, robustness (for a pterosaur) and agressive suggested behavior, is no match for any flying bird....

If I remember right, it is supposed to have been a dangerous land predator for moderately-sized animals.

That doesn't necessarily imply agressive behaviour and is not really based on factual evidence either if I remember right, rather on comparative morphology.
