As far as I know:
-Silk strong enough to restrain King Ghidorah.
-Strong enough to match Godzilla.
-Stinger capable of piercing Rodan.
-And flying fast enough to make the speed of sound seem like molasses.

Should we specify which version of Supergirl we're using here? I know there's a number of them and I'm pretty sure not all are as formidable as each other.
So how does this compare with Supergirl?
Plenty of versions of Superman appear to be capable of comfortably surpassing the speed of light. Is Supergirl generally comparable?

You mean powers or feats? As a Kryptonian, she has all the powers of Superman, wherever she appears. This would mean a baseline of superhuman strength, speed, and durability, flight, super breath, heat vision, X-ray vision, etc.

I think Mothra wins but after getting pounded alot and a lot of torn silk. Supergirl may be smaller but she's faster and harder to hit.

We still got no information on which version of Supergirl we're talking about. I'm just going to assume the comic version.
