You sent me "Screenshot 2019-11-13 at 6.04.38 PM.png" You said the file that wasn’t working was "Screenshot 2019-11-13 at 4.42.19 PM.png". dinosauria101 do you understand why I asked for that file, and not some random other one? Uploading the file you sent me to imgur (without account, using the exact steps I described to you) works perfectly.  Whereas the one you mentioned obviously didn’t work here or on imgur. Have you tried uploading the same file? To be clear, this time I mean the one you sent me, "Screenshot 2019-11-13 at 6.04.38 PM.png", the one that I know should work, not the other one, the one that you couldn’t upload as an attachment either. |

So, you don't have the original anymore or why could you not send? If you tried to fix it yourself, there was no point in asking for someone else's help.

Sigh (becoming my catchphrase by now). The point was to see whether there was something wrong with the file that caused your upload to fail. I can only do that if you actually send me the file in question, and not some other one.
