I can't seem to find any direct measurements of alligator gar teeth this far, just references in articles nad books referring to them as "long and slender". That's mildly annoying

Well if anything that does bolster the idea that they are "long and slender", the question is, how long they exactly are.

I see this fight as being won by the gar, due to it being longer and larger than the tigerfish, likely also harder scales.
