Uhhhh... Wolverine.... duh? Don't count Spider-Man out just yet. Spider-Man's more faster, and more agile. As well as better reflexes. He has the speed to dodge bullet's Not only that, but he's 10 times stronger as well. Spider-Man can lift 10 tons, while Wolverine can only lift more than 800 lbs, but no more than 2 ton's. What save's this fight from being a mismatch though is Wolverine's adamantium skeleton and healing factor though.

Part of the charm of Spiderman is that he isn't freakishly strong, and has to rely on agility and intelligence to succeed. Making him able to bench press 20 metric tons (Actual Marvel limit) is silly. I enjoy the level of strength Spiderman displays in the first Spiderman movie, e.g. about 2-3 times normal human strength with enhanced durability. In the end Spiderman could never kill Wolverine in hand to hand combat, while all Wolverine needs to do is stab Peter once.

So Spiderman can get Logan stuck? And then do what? Punch him tell he dies of exhaustion? At which point Wolverine cuts himself free and gets a hotdog?

Logan's brain is exactly like ours you smash him in the face enough (especially when your strong enough to through cars) is brain sloshes around in his skull and he gets brain damage. Even without killing parker can turn logan into a drooling moron, sure he will recover but so what? He can just do it all again.

I doubt blows would do much with an Adamantium skull, and Logan is already a drooling idiot. Eventually spiderman will slip up, and once Logan gets his hands on him he's dead.

A brain that heals in a matter of seconds. Spiderman just can't kill Wolverine, and Wolverine will eventually land a killing blow.

Wolverine wins. His claws can easily slice through Spiderman's webs like a lightsaber through butter, and his regeneration and toughness will only make his victory even easier.
