This thread was my most successful creation on Carnivora, so I decided to share it here.
Imagine. Via high-tech alien technology, all of the posters on WoA are teleported to a random island in the pacific ocean.
1.) We're trapped on the island for one whole month
2.) The island moderate sized is about 50 square kilometres.
3.) The biome of the island is tropical forest.
4.) The temperatures are generally 20-35 degrees celcius.
5.) Wildlife on the island includes (will state later).
How do you think we will do? Who will survive? Who will die? Will we team up in groups? If so, with who?

you know we did continue this thread elsewhere but yeah I think the large majority will survive this forum has a much higher average age than cf and a tropical island is probably the easiest place to survive. Also with Black Ices fighting and parkour Theropods weapon making along with the intelligence level of individuals such as Life CS Grey and Broly(as long as he doesnt go mad lssj in which case we are doomed  ) we should have a very high chance of survival. The only threat that I can see is tropical diseases which may be less of a problem for those who are decended from island people (like me-Jamaica) or have already had immunity jabs, but again im sure at least one member will have a decent knowledge of herbal remedies. Tigers as long as we have lookouts and fire should be little problem although I see those sneaky leopards posing more of a threat. But then again we should come through and I for one would actually enjoy the experience as long as its not for too long Only long term problems no females |

This one has Jaguars and Anacondas instead of Tigers and Leopards though. Also, getting water even from the freshwater lake will be difficult because of the presence of Caiman.

People have been drawing water for millennia in the presence of large crocodilians, fatalities happen but generally avoidance is accomplished. The jaguars and small venomous animals are the only major animal dangers. Simple steps like checking ones shoes, keeping camps free of debris and clutter as well as sleeping on raised platforms or hammocks should alleviate small terrestrial threats. Other than fires and sticking in groups jaguars would always pose a potential threat however the abundance of alternative prey items may remove some of danger.

I would likely be a hunter and be supplying you all with food, but I think emotional trauma would eventually get to me knowing I would never get back to my home unless a miracle happened. It would take a while for me to accept this new life. If there were female members, then it wouldn't be that bad. Even if they were unappealing, you would all eventually be trying to get some more out of the instinct to procreate than anything else.
If it's just guys, then we're already dead. It would be awkward and weird to since us guys have needs. If Vod is right about it being similar to a prison, someone is getting raped and it is definitely not going to be me! LOL!

Malikc, in the OP it states that you'll be teleported back to your home in 1 month; so you only have to survive for 31 days on this island. |

95% survival rate or more. The only deaths I see occurring in 30 days are a freak jaguar attack and maybe a disease or two. Appoint a council of ~5 of the older members to make general decisions and organize the group, fish and eat coconuts in the shade. I would be council-master of course  |
