In the wild, a tiger would not likely go head-to-head against a lion ( IMHO ). Why? Because lions are in prides?

The vote may be locked, but the tiger is a far larger carnivore than the lion, and would be the winner.

My vote goes to the tiger for the simple reason that they've won most of the time in what we can really call death matches.
