I'll be back later, and will post videos of adult male sloth bears running away and getting scared of young tiger cubs and female tigers.

I'll be back later, and will post videos of adult male sloth bears running away and getting scared of young tiger cubs and female tigers. Show me just one video of a tiger standing his ground against a bear. Explain to me why you believe that a tiger would perform differently when confronted by a bear than other cat species. Explain to me why, since tigers hunt bears, we have no video a tiger ambushing a mature male grizzly?
Explain to me why there exists not even one confirmed account of a tiger killing an adult male grizzly under any circumstances.
Explain to me what makes you think that the tigers on the videos are not adult - unless only a young tiger unfamiliar with bears would make this mistake.

1. Here's one 2. From what I've noticed, tigers are more aggressive than leopards and cougars. Besides, males of both species avoid each other to avoid injury. One of the accounts you posted did say that tigress gave the bear serious wounds before she was killed. With that in mind, if a tigress can give a large bear serious injuries, imagine the injuries a male tiger would be able to inflict. 3. Documentaries focusing on Amur Tigers primarily are on tiger conservation as they should be. Hunters in the region also don't exactly have cameras as far as I'm aware. But nobody is going to the Russian Far East to film bears and tigers fight. 4. I have no doubts that tigers avoid male brown bears, at least most of the time. Just because certain things haven't been recorded doesn't mean they don't happen. 5. The tiger that ran away in the first video was a young animal according to the narrator. Then right after it shows Broken Tail stalking a sloth bear and the bear running. Plus, the narrator also says that sloth bears usually clear off when a tiger comes on the scene. The second video most definately show a young male and young female, the male being a juvenile being that he appears to be the same height as the female. For the third video, the tigress looks pretty similar in size to that sloth bear which itself does not appear to be large. For the fourth video, in the description it says that individual tiger was one of T8's cubs, indicating that the tiger was still young. For the final video, it honestly is a similar situation to the famous fight only with less "brawling" if you will.

However, the male tiger does avoid male brown bears; else they would be preying upon them - they don't. But I have no reason to think that a male grizzly would not displace a male tiger from a carcass. Your video - every time the bear stopped and faced the tiger, the tiger stopped. The tiger was only willing to give chase when the bear's back is turned. The mother sloth bear was concerned for her cub. *I still have no reason to consider the tiger any more aggressive or braver than a leopard or a cougar.

Here is something a leopard or cougar would never do. You keep saying a tiger is only willing to attack a sloth bear when its back turned, think of Broken Tail's encounter with a bear. He stalked the bear even though it was facing sideways from him. The point of posting that video was to show a tigress going head to head with a sloth bear, more specifically one with cubs. When the bear stopped she stopped in case she would have to deliver some blows. When the bear ran she ran because she wanted to make sure the bear got far enough away from her cubs. She was not looking to kill the bear. As for the last part, whether you agree with it or not, both animals have to be at their fittest in order to survive in the rough conditions of the Russian Far East. As for the size difference, what you've said is no correct. Take another look at the size comparison, look under 1992-2012 for the tiger and 2011-2013 for the bear on weights. You'll see that on average they're in the same weight range.

I know I'm supposed to be respectful and all, but seriously, you are one severely retarded old man. Honestly, I'm not saying this to deliberately offend you, but I honestly believe this.I have already answered and provided the evidence to all your questions already. Do you want me to go around in circles for you now?I have asked you a thousand questions and challenged you repeatedly to provide even a shred of evidence to back up your lies, and you still haven't posted anything or answered any of my questions!...And now you got the nerve to ask me questions, when all you do is deliberately ignore my questions. Your a joke. The videos you posted were clearly young juvenile tigers, because of their size and curious juvenile like behaviour. Brobear, you very clearly don't understand big cat behaviour at all. You haven't got a clue about big cats. Any idiot can clearly see that those were juvenile tiger cubs, not adults. Come on, stop kiddin yourself. Here's numerous videos of tigers dominating and scaring away ADULT sloth bears....
Tiger easily destroys a Sloth bear family:
Adult male sloth bear RUNS AWAY for its life, from a tigress:
A large adult male sloth bear retreats out of fear after seeing a SUB-ADULT tigress in a watering hole:
Adult Sloth bear runs away from a tigress:
Tiger chasing an adult sloth bear:
TWO year old tiger cub chases away an adult male sloth bear:
Here's a picture of three sloth bears running for their lives when they were all chased by a male tiger:
You see Brobear, I showed you numerous videos of full-grown ADULT sloth bears running and getting scared of young tigers, even tigresses, whereas you posted videos of young juvenile tiger cubs running from adult sloth bears. Big difference.
Tigers dominate, slaughter and devour sloth bears in the wild.

Is it? Do leopards regularly attack and kill huge Bull gaurs, the way tigers do?
Have leopards or cougars ever attacked and killed an adult elephant or Rhino, the way tigers do?
Do leopards or cougars prey on full-grown adult bears, the way tigers do regularly?
Have leopards ever leaped upon a Bull elephant, to attack the human riding it, the way tigers do?
Do leopards ever dominate, attack and kill large crocodiles, the way tigers do?
Do leopards or cougars depress Grey wolf populations to the point of localized extinction, the way tigers do?
Do leopards or cougars readily attack and kill huge mature male wild boars, the way tigers do?
You are completely clueless about tigers.
And you still haven't provided a single piece of any evidence that even suggests that male Brown bears "displace" male tigers from their kills. Not one account!
All the accounts clearly show that, rarely, adult male brown bears will challenge female tigers, never adult male tigers. Lest it become an item of tiger diet.
You are clearly in denial.

And large male grizzlies don't easily dominate cougars. This is a lie and pure misinformation your spreading. Prove it?
If thats true, then explain this video?
A large male grizzly bear runs away from a female cougar:

She was not looking to kill the bear. Who is broken Tail? ...on the video. He never went face-to-face with the bear. Yes, he stalked the bear when he was sideways to the tiger - your point? As for the tiger charging and attacking the men on the elephant... who knows what was on the tigers mind? The elephant was sideways to the tiger - unthreatening. As for the people in the box - not likely the tiger even knew what they were. Cougars used to attack people on horseback that would never ambush a man on foot. But, cougars were notorious horse killers; so it was concluded that to the cougar, a rider is just part of the horse.

Mountain... video number #1 - a tiger ambushed a sloth bear. Your point? Video number #2... the sloth bear had no reason to push his luck with the adult mother tigress. Neither was the tigress ready for a fight. While the bear stood his ground, she stood still. Video number #3... the bear was not wanting a fight. Why would he. He left. The tiger chased behind for a short distance... as the bear's back was to her. Video number #4... so long as the bear would run, the tigress would give chase. Each time the bear stops and faces the tigress, she stops. Video number #5 - sloth bear runs from a tiger - nothing knew in video #6... sloth bear runs from a tiger. A tiger is just about double the size of the little sloth bear and unwilling to go face-to-face with one. And here you are trying to convince people that a tiger will go head-to-head with a mature male grizzly! LOL

Mountain... video number #1 - a tiger ambushed a sloth bear. Your point? My point is that how easily a tiger can dispatch an adult sloth bear.
And a few seconds before the attack, the bear and tiger were face-to-face. The tiger never attacked from behind. It attacked and killed the bear from the front.

Posts: 257 - video. A bear is curious about the cougar cubs; nothing more. There was no carcass to defend. Just a curious bear and a cougar as brave as any tiger. Oh.. and you show me a picture of three sloth bears. Nice.

In fights between tigers and bears, these contests usually end in the bears being devoured. - Sanderson, together with others, reports this upon personal observation:
archive.org/details/wildbeastsstud00port Tigers prey on juvenile bears, usually at least 100 pounds less in weight than the tiger and these are killed by ambush.
